We've been going to Black Orchid since it's original location but started going to the Keystone location since it's the closest. We've never had a barber that disappoints and that was no exception today! Marcus took care of our 11 year old who has a picture day coming up and nailed it! He was great with our son and checking in to make sure he liked everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great experience and cut ✂️

I had a great first experience at Black Orchid Barbers at Keystone at the Crossing. I’d never been there before and had never met my stylist, KD, prior to this appointment. I went in with long hair that I’d been growing out for over a year, so this was not a casual haircut for me and I was honestly a bit nervous. I had sent a reference photo ahead of time, but once I arrived I showed her a different reference on my phone for both the front and the back. It was a tall order, and I was placing a lot of trust in someone I had just met. KD absolutely delivered. She listened carefully, took her time, and the result was far better than I expected. What really impressed me was that when she finished and showed me the cut in the shop, I thought it looked great but assumed there was no way it would look that good once I got home and styled it myself. I was wrong. It looked just as good, if not better, and I’ve received multiple compliments from people since. The shop itself was clean, professional, and welcoming. Everyone was friendly, and I was taken right at my scheduled time. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend KD and Black Orchid Barbers to anyone looking for a high-quality haircut.

Had an apprentice do my hair today. You could tell he was still a bit new. But I appreciate how he took his time and even asked another barber there for help. Was a bit longer than hoped for but I would definitely go back. Also, loved the hot towel treatment at the end, it was very relaxing.
